## About This Reading

Explore the King of Wands' message on shadow work. Understand your hesitation and the power awaiting your inner sovereign. R Vincent's 4th Tarot chronicle.

You hesitate before shadow work. But what if the fear isn't of what's dark in you, but of what's sovereign? The King of Wands sits with one bare foot in the fire, and doesn't flinch. His weight isn't dread of chaos. It's the weight of conscious power, and the discipline it asks. So: is your reluctance protecting you from ugliness, or from the responsibility of mastering yourself? Shadow work here isn't confession. It's the ego stepping down so something larger can lead. Can you hold the staff, or only the excuse?
