    Three of Swords. Truth pierces the heart—this pain is intentional suffering that transforms. Three swords meet in the center of what you trusted. Don't numb it. When you stay present with necessary pain rather than avoiding it, grief becomes a teacher. The wound you witness transforms you; the wound you avoid just festers.
